How can I pay for my order?
For all orders we accept the following methods of payment:
1. Cash on Delivery
2. Bank Deposit*
* Instructions on how to pay by Bank Deposit will be provided to you upon checkout. We'll also send you the same instructions via email after you place your order so that you can print them out if needed.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost anywhere in China.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all deliveries in Shanghai. For all other cities in China, shipping is a flat rate of RMB 150.
How long does shipping take?
For most of the cities, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from the day we ship out your order.
How do I order online?
Ordering online is easy at SlumberMAAX.com.
Step 1: Add products to your cart and checkout using your prefered method of payment.
Step 2: We'll confirm receipt of your order via email or phone and arrange a delivery time with you.
Step 3: We'll deliver your purchase on the confirmed date after we receive your payment. If you request COD, we'll collect your payment when we deliver.
My landlord/company asked me to provide an official invoice or 'fapiao' in order to get reimbursed. Can you provide one?
Yes. All prices listed on our site do not include the tax associated with an official invoice or 'fapiao'. If your landlord or company requires one in order to reimburse you, we can provide one. Each official invoice or 'fapiao' will cost an extra 5% of your purchase total (including shipping charges if any). Please make your request for an official invoice or 'fapiao' in the "Order Instructions/Comments". Fapiaos are issued within three days after we receive your payment.
How can I contact customer service?
You can contact customer service by going to our Contact page and emailing us your question and comments. A response will be provided to you within 24 hours.

Can I get a Fapiao/invoice with my order?
Yes, we can issue a Fapiao for any order you place with us. A Fapiao can be requested on the Payment Page when checking out. To get more information on requesting Fapiaos, click here.
How can I pay for my groceries?
You can pay either online or on delivery (Shanghai, Kunshan & Suzhou only). To learn more about our accepted online or on delivery payment methods, click here.
What is your Return/Refund policy?
The quality of our service & products are extremely important to us. Should you need to make an inquiry regarding an item you received, please email us at service@epermarket.com. Please make sure to include your order number, the name of the item in question, and a reason for the return. If your problem is in regards to a quality issue, please also include a photo of the product. Please note that promotional items cannot be returned/exchanged. I clicked “Submit Order,” had an unsuccessful payment and now my shopping cart is gone! What do I do?
Don’t worry, your order didn’t disappear. It only means that your order has been submitted, but is still pending payment. To complete your order, simply go to My Account>My Order History and scroll down to the end of the most recent order. On the left-hand side you will see your Order Status as ‘To be Confirmed/Pay Now’. Click ‘Pay Now’ and you will be redirected to a payment page where you can try again or select a different payment method.
