Requesting a Fapiao
If you need a Fapiao, you can easily request one on the Payment Page before you click “Submit Order.” If your Fapiao does not arrive with your order, we will send it to you by courier within 5 business days.
Please include what type of fapiao you need (personal or company), your order number, and total value of your fapiao. If you are requesting a company fapiao, the title should be no more than 21 characters. Only one invoice can be issued per order and the order amount and contents cannot exceed that of your order.
If you need a VAT invoice, please provide your company’s information including: the full company name, ID or taxpayer number, address, telephone number, bank name and bank account.
When requesting a fapiao or invoice, please note that they are delivered separately via courier within 5-7 business days.
