Membership cards
Membership cards allow you to top up your Account Balance and pay online directly - no more scrambling for cash when our delivery driver shows up, or worrying about explaining to the Ayi what to do.
Membership cards come in 4 different values: 500 RMB, 3,000 RMB, 5,000 RMB, and 10,000 RMB. When you buy an membership cards that is 3,000 RMB or over, you receive a bonus based on the value of the card. With Epercards, the more you buy*, the more you save!
To Add Money to Your Account Balance:
1. Purchase an membership cards through our website
2. Receive your membership cards and go to My Account > membership cards Recharge
(also can be accessed through your Member Center)
3. Activate by entering your card number and activation code in the required fields, then click “Submit”
Congratulations! Your Account Balance should be updated with the appropriate amount and is ready to use. To recharge your account, you need to purchase a new membership cards and activate it on our website.
